Vik,
I have become a yoga addict and my poor mother has become my newest victim. We went to one of crazy Brandon's classes and she reacted just like you did, remember? Gmom sent you a package so let us know when you get it (remember to mind your p's and q's just in case she left that out) We all miss you and look forward to hearing about more of your adventures. This message is also a tutorial for Auntie Kathy so stay tuned everyone for her first post!

    There is much to be said for walking a few miles in someone elses shoes. After 8 days I have walked in almost every pair of shoes g mom owns, almost! There are the brown shoes that get her around in the kitchen and the black or navy blue shoes that get the shuffle going across the living room, the white sneakers (nike) with the blue swish for walking the front sidewalk and the other brown ones for going up the stairs. There are the other blue ones for getting from the bathroom to the bedroom and back and today we will go for an outing and I wonder what the shoes experience will be. Stay tuned. I watched Lonnie give the little folks a karate lesson yesterday, he is a wonderful, joyful teacher and the students are so into it. I watched little Joey, about two and one half feet high break 2 cinder blockes with a concentration and focus like none other. Great stuff.
    Riding the bike around the town and loving it. Miss you. I will go to see Opa on Sunday, he is back in hospital. I will share your letter and your love. Take care my friend, the world needs more peace.
